Personalization
You can personalize or change your personalization at any time by yourself. You will find access to our Ticket Manager in your order confirmation. Through this link, you can go directly to your order and easily make any desired changes yourself.
Re-Personalization / New Name
The first personalization of your ticket is free of charge. For each additional personalization, you need a personalization token. You can purchase this via the “Purchase Personalization Token” button. As soon as you have a token in your balance, you can personalize your ticket again. One token will be deducted from your balance for each personalization.
Resale
Every resale is recorded in the system. Your sold ticket will be deactivated, and the buyer will receive a new ticket—in the same category and including all extras. Important for payout: Your original ticket must not be checked in at the event. Only then is a successful resale payout possible.
Payout after the festival?
Unfortunately, tickets are often sold multiple times or sellers change their minds and attend the event themselves. If several people show up at the entrance with the same ticket, it can cause major problems—for us, but especially for the buyers. By processing the payout only after the festival, we ensure that each resale has been properly completed and no one is disadvantaged. As soon as the festival is over and everything has gone smoothly, we will process your payout.
Transfer Extra
You can transfer individual extras (e.g. bus shuttle, parking, camping, or credit) from your ticket to another ticket—for example, to an accompanying person.
How it works
- Open your ticket in your order overview and expand the “Transfer Extras” section.
- For the desired extra, select “Transfer Extra.”
- Enter the ticket code of the target ticket (e.g. ABC123).
- Confirm that the transfer is final and click “Transfer Now.”
Good to know
- The transfer is final and cannot be undone. The extra will be removed from your ticket and credited to the target ticket.
- Each extra can only be transferred once.
- A transfer is not possible if the ticket has already been checked in/scanned or if a resale offer is currently active for the extra.
- The target ticket must be valid, cannot be your own original ticket, must support the extra, and must not already have it.
Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel paid orders—for event tickets, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, you can resell your tickets at any time through our resale area. You will find the link for this in your order confirmation or in your customer account.
Upgrade
Want to upgrade to a higher ticket category? Open your Ticket Manager (link in the order confirmation) and select “SWAP/Upgrade” under “Add Extras/Credit” in the dropdown menu. There, you can directly upgrade your ticket.
Payment by Installments
For the installment payment method, your tickets will only be sent after all your installments have been received in full. As soon as your last installment has been recorded with us, you will automatically receive your tickets.
Camping and Add-ons
The “Camping A” add-on is booked separately per person or guest. This is different with our group add-ons such as Glamping or Rent-A-Tent, which are valid for several people together.
